Review of The Last Word (2008) by Daniel K — 09 Jun 2009
1: Neither Bentley nor Ryder have the screen presence of charisma to keep this interesting. The story is not quite as cookie-cutter as most romantic comedies, but it was still lacking enough to turn me off.
One needs more than a strange online business, troubled childhood, and dead family member to keep an audience interested. One also needs quality acting and execution, and perhaps a more engaging script.
