Review of The Kid Stays in the Picture (2002) by Katie S — 12 Sep 2008
This is simply the best movie/documentary about Hollywood I've ever seen. Based on his autobiography, Robert Evans provides the narration/voiceover throughout the movie which guides the viewer through his rise, fall and rise again at Paramount Studios using photographs, movie clips and other mood images.
It's brilliant and I'm going to be thinking about it and replaying it in my head for a long time to come.
