Radioactive waste is dumped off the coast of CT near a "party beach." The waste causes a monster to be made. Kids are partying on the beach and biker gang shows up. A fight over a hottie ensues.
She is killed by the monster when she swims away after the fight. A scientist and his team try to figure out why others are being attacked. Funny looking monsters...its like a pre-Humanoids from the Deep.
