Review of The Harvest (2015) by Cade H — 05 Oct 2015
The Harvest may seem like a horror movie from its cover and description but it truly is a great mystery and suspense film that most anyone can enjoy. A girl movies to a new town and quickly be-friends a boy who is terminally ill and can't leave his bed.
Thanks to the girls desire to make a new friend, the story unravels and mysteries about the boy and his family are uncovered. The acting by everyone involved was great and the big surprise twist, when its revealed, is amazing.
The ending was satisfying and fit right in with the story and it kept suspenseful right up until the credits roll. There is plenty to like in Harvest and although it lacked any horror, the mystery aspect of it all was fantastic and it kept me hooked the entire time.
