The halloween tree is, in my humble opinion, is one of the great animated movies.

As a child I watched this every day, without fail. I knew every word.i cried every time I saw the sacrifice tom, jenny, ralph and wally made in order to save pips life. I wanted to become pip, and each halloween I would dress as him, and buy a new pair of red braces each year. I picked up a copy of the book recently, ad was so surprised by the over the top feel it had. the movie dulls this down, by first of all adding a girl, and cutting a few of the characters, to give it a more emotional feel.

Bradbury has done exceptionally well, with both the movie and the book, but I still cry every time I watch the movie.
