Richard Gere, who plays an over zealous employee responsible for paroled sex offenders, works well with Claire Danes, his young understudy replacement. As Claire does, you quickly realize the utter and vile mental state of these sexual offenders and understand why Richard is the way he is.
Great story line, but I feel it could have been better filmed (far too much jitter in between scenes). I do recommend it if you have a strong enough stomach to watch sexual predators at work and hate them for what they are!
