Review of The Discovery of Heaven (2001) by Private U — 18 Nov 2007
One of the main characters is a (fictional) astronomer at my (real) institute, so this was inflicted on me while we wait for my Dutch to be good enough for the book. It's all very well, but casting cut-glass Stephen Fry as a Dutchman is terminally disconcerting.
