Review of The Dead Girl (2006) by Stephen B — 06 Nov 2007
Powerful. First off, the cast was amazing. Every person in this cast had a solid performance. This is a character driven film using one person to link together different people's stories. A lot of it deals with women who choose or allow themselves to be in situations that make them unhappy.
It also involves aspects of letting loved ones go, allowing yourself to feel, and accepting anything that prevents loneliness. I highly recommend everyone to see this film. It starts off with characters in the shadows and slowly allows more light and a clearer view of the central character as more information is revealed.
Everything was just done so well.
