Review of The Confirmation (2016) by Marianne W — 09 Aug 2016

Just watched this incredible movie and love it. I'm shocked by the low audience score - at reading it is 55%. The acting was outstanding by all and the story was believable. Clive Owen's portrait of an alcoholic was entirely believable, Robert Forster's performance was equally believable and completely engaging.

Jaeden Lieberher did an fabulous job - really I loved the entire cast, the writing, the direction - I was so focused on the movie I didn't want it to end. The father son dynamic was beautifully told and the awkward hug at the end almost broke my heart.

I'd love to see a sequel or a TV series with this cast.
