Sounds like something you would NOT want to see, but the opposite is true. Very easy to watch, and SUPER informative. I walked away with several clear, simple and easy things I could do that day to reduce my risk of cancer.
That's what I liked best about this -- it's very "do something" oriented, with clear explanations about why those things are a good idea.
