Review of The Beast with a Million Eyes (1955) by Filmgrinder S — 20 Oct 2012
When a movie begins with the antagonist telling you what is happening and why instead of letting the movie show you these things, you know the budget was small and your expectations are automatically lowered.
Even so, this is substandard B-movie fare. The "beast" is laughable and doesn't have a million eyes (it gets the adage by adding up all the eyes of the minds of the beings it controls), and the acting is hopelessly devoid of emotion.
Add to this a high frequency noise emitting from the "beast's" spaceship and you get an experience you'll only want to enjoy once.
