The opening scenes are something akin to a long-winded music video, with crap photography that seems to revel in straight-to-dvd-ness. Then it wanders down a path well-and-truly beaten down by shitloads of horror films before it.
If you've seen Wrong Turn, The Hills Have Eyes, Dying Breed or even Texas Chainsaw, you've seen this.
