Review of That Thing Called Tadhana (2015) by Rangan R — 11 Apr 2015
REDEFINING THE LANDSCAPE OF PINOY ROM-COM. I'm immensely happy for the success of Antoinette Jadaone's "That Thing Called Tadhana"- with sold-out screenings, multiple theater accomodations, "A" rating from the Cinema Evaluation Board, and solid reviews, the film has excellently placed a total positive spin from Pinoy rom-com's formulaic style. A simple story with hard-hitting yet heartfelt, witty lines- this lad has become an extremely satisfied viewer. Without a doubt, this is a true gem of Pinoy filmdom.
