Review of TerrorVision (1986) by Shaun B — 24 Mar 2012
"Terror Vision" is one of those intentionally bad science fiction/horror movies in the vein of "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes." Fact of life: Those types of movies are almost never funny.
And while "Terror Vision" doesn't really break that trend, I enjoyed it enough. There are some nice monster effects -- and this was made in the 80s when such things were done with foam rubber and slime and therefore awesome -- and a lot of gross out humor a la early Peter Jackson movies.
It's worth a watch, but I won't be getting a tribute to it tattooed across my back or anything.
