One of the few mid-budget early 90's action flicks that didn't fall flat on its face. all in all not too bad, James Gandolfini does a great job as a villan (as always) and Charlie Sheen's few one liners actually rival Arnie earning the film extra cheese.
Sadly however for sky diving movies it's not one of the best, that would be where 'Drop Zone' comes in.
NOTE: Charlie Sheen actually put his neck out and said 9/11 was an inside job! You know I had to put that in ;).
