A gang of of punx takes a shitty apartment complex hostage. a lot more violent and cruel than necessary which makes up for a lot of its shortcomings. has a totally retarded grandmaster flash theme song.
keep an eye out for cigarface from the toxic avenger. one of the little kids also looks a lot like a younger lucy from degrassi, but it turns out its not her.
