Review of Suite Française (2015) by Hassam A — 13 May 2015
Generally a well written a d well executed movie portraying Nazi occupied france. The way Suite Francaise fails is that it focusses on the forced love story between the french maiden and a german officer.
Unfourtunately the actors involved had very little chemistry and it all looked a little forced. However the set pieces were stunning and at moments really showed what it was like in Nazi occupied france.
