The animation is very «stylish». Sometimes, Akuma and Ryu are VERY ugly. But most of the time it's because they are under the power of the dark Hadou. This movie is short and sweet. It really feels like we're in the end of 80 or in the beginning of the 90.
Ken as a mullet. lol.
