This movie was a bigger dissapointment than its predecessor. only 3 traditional street fighter characters appear, and although it was 3 of the better characters, it was a single focussed film with a choppy and incoherent story.
it was a prequel to the film that came before it, and it actually made the story in the earlier film worse not better. I was dissapointed in these movies.
