After the first romantic antoine doinel [short] film, antoine and colette, this one goes all the way and completely fleshes out antoine's personality and how his love life works. absolutely fantastic, completely necessary to watch.
jean-pierre leaud and claude jade's chemistry is absolutely charming, and truffaut directs with charm.
