The most underrated and the most unusual ST film, Nemesis has a dark, deep story line and a most complicated and exquisite villain. The TNG cast seemed less than committed in many scenes, but they weren't the centerpiece of this film either (was that why?).
It's way worth a watch, even if you're not a Trekkie..."the echo triumphs over the voice".
