Review of Sour Grapes (1998) by Lucas Y — 21 Jun 2010
Mr. Larry David, an idol & inspiration to me made this film in between Seinfeld & Curb your Enthusiasm. It's ok if you're into Larry's style of comedy, but the characters really hurt it.
It's a lot easier to get laughs when you have Seinfeld, Richards, Dreyfus & Alexander on camera. Larry does make a couple appearances that are hilarious though, especially as the TV executive that's forced to fire the guy with a high pitched voice after he's castrated.
"The problem is..... your voice. It's a bit high.".
