Review of Shortbus (2006) by Bjorn O — 01 Aug 2008
This movie is sheer perfection. It is a perfect blend of real sex with real situations that we as human beings go through, the broken relatonships, sexual frustrations, and letting go of agony in the decisions that you may have in the past, but most of all the film is about connection.
The sex is real allright, and it is graphic (and I mean it is more graphic than your extreme hard core porn (unless you watch a fetish video, but that is completly different) And it shows it all men and women, women and women, and men and men.
I know some guys can't get past the whole gay sex thing, but if you can stomach it, the movie is worth it. I myself am Bi-sexual and I've seen this movie so many times it is almost memorized.
