Review of Ship Ahoy (1942) by Jay N — 17 Sep 2012
Ship Ahoy is a cute film. It is about Miss Winters is a dancer with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra and is asked to secretly transport a prototype magnetic mine to Puerto Rico. Eleanor Powell and Red Skelton give excellent performances.
The screenplay is well written. Edward Buzzell did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the music and romance. Ship Ahoy is a must see.
