I'm not sure what other people saw, but this (hands down) has to one of the best bollywood movies of all time.. the quirky cast fits this film perfectly. Whomever says this is "too sugar coated and lacks story", needs to try again.
it dealt with aspects of modern life that not many bollywood films dare to venture into, and spun together an interesting take on liberal attitudes butting against an archaic lifestyle. far from dressing the cast in "rags made of millions of rupees" it actually made the point that your life is more "shaandaar" when you live it honestly than if you pursue things like money, fame, and glamour.
