Just took my 7 and 11 year old to see the movie, both golfers. Great movie to see together. Will the movie have a large appeal if you do not play golf? You can still enjoy it and if you do play and love the game it will have even greater meaning to you.
Especially good message for fathers who are raising young golfers too. I highly recommend if you have not read the book to go read it.
