"I can't give away something for free and yet I am offered $700,000 for it (the Haight Street Rat by Banksy). The lengths some Banksy lovers go to to try to preserve his work and yet, street art is meant to be ephemeral .
.. an interesting dilemma when street artist's work is so sublime and so special in ipictorial messages that the temporary nature of the genre poses a difficult question.
