Review of Salaam-e-Ishq (2007) by Tasha J — 29 Mar 2008
Salaam-e-Ishq was one of the most heartwarming, love-affirming movies I've seen. It is, more or less, the Indian version of Love Actually. The stories are all very different, but at the same time all represent different sides of love and devotion.
Watching Tehzeeb and Ashutosh deal with their problems is probably the most moving part of the story, while Rahul and Kamini add a lighter note to the plot. The music is, as always, addictive, and the title song will remain stuck in your head for months!
