Review of Sadako vs. Kayako (2016) by Tierra E — 07 Nov 2016
A must see for fans of the originals. After watching both origin films a week before getting to experience this at TIFF, I can say this film was a fantastic homage to the genre. Having terrifying moments but all laced heavily with just the right amount of self awareness, this film was both funny and frightening.
But you MUST watch the origin films first to fully grasp its humor.
