Review of Sadako 3D (2012) by Adrian Z — 22 Mar 2014
Some producer at Kadokawa Films probably thought that since Sadako crawls out of TV screens in the original Ring cycle, a 3D update for the internet streaming age was in order. Sadly, the 3D is extremely cheesy, and the film itself is so devoid of atmosphere and coherency that any attempt to scare the audience ends up being cringe worthy and an insult to those who enjoyed any of the Ring films that preceded this junk.
