Definately River Phoenix at his best. It's an unbelievably heartfelt fim. I am not one to easily cry, but I balled my eyes out on this one. Very hard to watch and not be saddened by the fact that this unbelievably beautiful young actor left us way to soon.
If you are a River fan, I definately recommend this film. If you're not a fan, still highly recommended.
