Review of RoboCop (2014) by Rubin T — 02 Dec 2018
I am giving this movie 5 stars because it actually follows a story. No it is not like the 1980's version of RoboCop, it has pulled its own weight and rebranded the movie to where you can feel like your part of the movie.
People love the original because it was full of blood and gore. You do not need blood and gore to make a movie about a robot cop, no it started like the first one did, a cop was nearly killed and almost separated from his family.
Unlike the first movie (the family gave up on him) this movie actually showed how a family actually cares for a fallen member. If you think about it, would you abandon your own flesh and blood because he had to be put into a suit in order to live, I for one would not.
Action movies do not have to be about blood or gore, but can follow a story and that is why I rate this movie with 5 stars is because this one did just that!
