Review of Rise and Fall of Idi Amin (1981) by Tony-Allen C — 14 Jun 2007
It's corny, badly acted, and doesn't have the best script in the world. Still, if you want to see the story of Idi Amin done in the style of those docudramas you had to watch in sixth grade, this is for you. It opens with Amin's coup, shows his taking of power, persecution of the population, embarrassment at Entebbe, and disastrous war with Tanzania, so it really does show his "rise and fall.".
In conclusion, Amin's enemies are finger-lickin' good.
