My personal favorite of the franchise. Rambo is so roided out that he scarcely looks human. He gets cozy with some cuddly jihadists in Afghanistan to fight the evil godless insectoid commies and all manner of sublime macho insanity ensues.
Tank battles helicopter.
Rambo cauterizes a wound by detonating a small explosive device inside his torso.
Plenty of torture/hanging/self-mutilation for the BDSM crowd, too.
Must be seen to be disbelieved.
