This is such a crazy movie. Just a head's up there is no understandable dialogue but it really doesn't matter because you understand the what's going on by there body language. I don't know of any other movies that could pull this off.
Plus if there was an actual dialogue it would defeat the purpose of the movie. It's brilliant.
