Review of Querelle (1982) by Ricardo M — 30 Jan 2015
It's a disappointment considering that it was thought if anybody could crack the tough nut that is Jean Genet it would be Fassbinder. It was his last film and when he committed suicide shortly after finishing I was sincerely devastated.
It's still something to see and many gay men consider it to be a very important moment in their young lives, and they're probably right.
