It's just about 4 hours long, but feels like 15 minutes because it keeps making you go "huh? wow!, geeze!" etc throughout it all. it's very gory and probably not for the fanbase of Titanic, but it's done in an artsy fashion.
It portrays the torture methods of the japanese Unit 731 which is also portrayed in the cult-classic Men Behind the Sun. This one is way better tho, imo.
