Review of Persona (1966) by Erin E — 08 Jan 2008
I just want to write of the feelings this film left me with - a token of a truly good picture. The beginning of Persona is quite possibly my favorite opening sequence of all time. The film in its entirety takes reality and flips it upside down, while running a gamut of emotions and it really enunciates the variability of human expression and psychology as a whole.
Absolutely beautiful in every aspect and oh how I love you, Ingmar Bergman.
