Review of Performance. (1970) by Adam B — 14 Sep 2007
The greatest film about drugs, sex and rock n roll ever. Filmed like a cubist painting, sounds and images are thrown at the audience to be felt and experienced as James Fox and Mick Jagger swap identities.
Nicholas Roeg and Donald Cammell's stylistic preoccupations were forever linked back to the raw power of this film.
