Way ahead of it's time wonderfully funky but truly psychedelic meta-transformations splashing around in 60's thematics and twisted identity issues concluding in some kind of weird death of england.
wicked music, hilarious scenes, lurid colouring, cutting edge editing and camera work provide the best example of roeg's spot on, non-linear philosophy...
