Review of One Point O (2004) by Brendan P — 08 May 2008
This movie goes absolutely nowhere. It has a lead character that you don't even care about. All that it's lead character Simon (star Jeremy Sisto) does is act really paranoid throughout the whole movie, like he's been smoking way too much pot.
The only plus in this film is that it has the trifecta of weird character actors in very strange supporting role. There's Udo Kier who Simon's friend who has a strange relationship with a robot he created.
Bruce Payne, an amazingly talented actor who I barely see any more, plays Simon's Internet porn making neighbor who befriends Simon. And, lastly, there's Lance Henriksen as Howard the quirky maintenance man of Simon's apartment building.
Other then these three actors there really is nothing else good about this flick. The plot is dumb and unclear not that the ending reveals nothing of real importance. If you like Kier, Payne, or Henriksen then check it out other then that look for something else.
