I love these old "stuck in a house with an unknown murderer" type of horror/detective/comedy things. While I was reminded a lot of "House on Haunted Hill", One Body Too Many has its own neat vibe, thanks largely to the bumbling insignificance of Albert Turttle, our star and main point of view.
