Review of On Guard (1997) by Vig S — 03 Dec 2007
Before Pirates of the Caribbean came to be, this was the ultimate in swash-buckling savvy comedy. Great leading man (Daniel Auteil), great script, constantly surprising and music to die for. The music may be more well-known through advert soundtracks in the English speaking world, but it's about time that this film is recognised by Brits as a great film all around.
