Just too charming not to like.

Never going back gets off to a rocky start by focusing on frustrating characters who can't stay out of their own way. But, by the end of the relatively breezy runtime, I had given in to the 2 leads authentic friendship and chemistry, and even found myself coming around on their insufferable male counterparts after an equally touching exchange. Kyle Mooney weirds me out as per usual, but the optimistic glow of youth saves this movie from the mundane trope of a character who just can't catch a break.
