Review of Mommy (2014) by M C — 19 May 2015
Xavier Dolan is this generations Orson Welles at age 25 and five films to his resume he is ferocious groundbreaking and born with a gift his films gets better and better and Cannes Jury prize Winning film "Mommy" is by far his best work a powerful film about a Mothers love for her son its messy at times violent melodramatic but it works and it was necessary for this film.
The entire cast was outstanding.
