Review of Mistress America (2015) by Anthony B — 15 Aug 2015
Wow Wow Wow I really hope Gerwig gets and Oscar for this film. This was brilliant and made me laugh out loud. She plays an obnoxious new Yorker who befriends a her dads future wife's daughter and shows her the delight of NYC. Short sweet and spot on performances. Gerwig makes you cringe, laugh and cry.
Cant recommend this highly enough.
