Minister and Viet Nam vet goes Old Testament on a Lebanese terrorist responsible for murdering his family in a truly senseless airport attack. Unclear why the CIA protects a terrorist such as this. Standard low-budget action fare does not distinguish itself aside from the presence of some familiar actors.
