It's either highway to he'll or this movie that I'd rate as the worst movie ever made.
The car chase scene in this movie is by far the worst piece of cinema I have ever seen. Halfway through the car chase the people being chased are in a different car for no apparent reason maybe the original car broken down halfway through shooting?
Upon watching this movie I did a bit of research on the net and it seems this movie is one one of many made by the same production company. They make low budget movies and release them the same time a mega high budget films of a similar name. For instance mega pirana was released the same time as pirana 3D.
They are feeding off the work of larger movie studios avoid their movies.
