Review of Meatballs: Part II (1984) by Robert C — 21 Mar 2009
Hardly on par with recent movie viewings, saw it last night on TV. Much like a car wreck, I couldn't turn away, it was that bad. In every sense! Yet it gets 1 star. Why you ask? 1) Horrible alien costume with even worse voice over work.
2) Pee Wee Herman, ooops, I mean Paul Reubens in a bizzare role as the bus driver. 3) John Larroquette as an effeminate military camp counsellor. 4) The girl who played the daughter in Hello Larry...who knew she made a movie.
.. A train wreck to say the least, but sometimes you have to watch the bad to REALLY appreciate the good!!
