Review of Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms (2018) by Amanda H — 20 Jul 2018

I dare say that this movie is the best movie of the year. It's beautifully constructed, animation is gorgeous, and the story flows really well where you don't get lost as it progresses. It has that rare quality that makes people feel emotionally invested throughout the film, and how it ties a lot of the loose ends towards the end of the film.

The only bad thing about it is how it's not going to be in the theater for very long where I live. 10/10 would watch again.
